- **Commercial Use**: You may use the template in commercial projects for your clients. However, reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the template in its original or modified form is strictly prohibited.

All templates remain the intellectual property of WAGGADASH. Ownership of the template’s design, code, or assets is not transferred to you, and no rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

The scope of each project, including deliverables, timeline, and pricing, will be defined in a separate project agreement before work begins.

#### **3.2 Client Responsibilities**

The client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and information required to complete the project. Delays in providing materials or approvals may impact the project timeline and are the responsibility of the client.

#### **3.3 Intellectual Property and Ownership**

- **Custom Designs and Code**: Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs and code developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, subject to any third-party licenses involved.

- **Template-Based Work**: If a project uses a WAGGADASH template as its base, the client is granted a license to use the template within their project but may not resell or redistribute the template itself.

- **Portfolios and Promotional Use**: WAGGADASH reserves the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and use them in promotional materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

#### **3.4 Revisions and Modifications**

Each project includes a specified number of revisions, as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
